One of World’s biggest media-news houses, CNN is now set to fight and stand before their Chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta after his press pass was withdrawn from him on the orders of President Trump, as the news house are now suing for reinstatement of the press pass.
Only a few days ago, President Trump and Jim Acosta where shown together with some Staffs of the White House in a little Melee, as they battle to shut down Jim Acosta after Trump acknowledged he was from CNN.
The situation was tensed, between the President and Jim , and although they tried to keep him quiet and not ask any more questions…as President Trump continued bashing the CNN correspondent with some derogatory words( when Jim Acosta refused to relinquish the microphone after Mr. Trump failed to answer his question on immigration and attempted to move onto another reporter)…he even threatened to revoke the license of CNN, saying they should be ashamed of themselves….
CNN has since filed an in Federal District Court, as they argued that the removal of Jim Acosta’s White House press pass constituted a violation of his First Amendment rights to freely report on the government. CNN also alleged that the administration had violated Mr. Acosta’s due process rights by revoking his credentials without warning.
