English Premier League club West Brom has announced the immediate sacking of manager, Alan Pardew. The club in a short statement released online said both parties agreed to part ways on mutual grounds.
This move is coming after the now out of job manager, Pardew failed to improve results at the club after a frustrating start to the season. Pardew coming to the club halfway through to the season, there were so many expectations as he was seen then as the man that could take the club to where it belongs on the first half of the table. But he did not only struggled to get points, West Brom hardly finds the net in games, and as a result of that, they now find themselves right at the bottom of the league table with just 20points and just seven games left.
He has since been replaced by first team coach who will take over for the reminder of the season. The club statement reads:
West Bromwich Albion and Alan Pardew have agreed to mutually part company following discussions between both parties.First-team coach Darren Moore has been placed in charge of first team affairs until further notice.
