Popular Nigerian blogger, Linda Ikeji has been honoured with an honorary Doctorate Degree from Trinity International University of Georgia, United States of America.
The blogger who shared the news on her social media page a few hours ago, in her comical manner said she told her fans and family to add Princess to her name when calling her after she was crowned by the ‘AREWA’ Youths in Nigeria, but they ignored her. She said since she will be getting her honorary Doctorate very soon, they will have no choice but to call her Dr. Linda Ikeji! she joked.
Linda Ikeji who is still in Atlanta Georgia where she plans giving birth, said she has been honoured for contributing to media growth in Africa and as Africa’s most successful blogger.
Sharing the good news on her page, she gave thanks to God whom she said has been so good to her. She said:
“Really grateful to God for how far he’s brought me! and thank you for your congratulations. Love to you and yours.”
